The transition to homeowner control of the Board is right around the corner. Pati Choi has confirmed that there will be an election before the end of March for two homeowners to replace the Stabile representatives.
To all residents of The Fells at Amherst,
It was recently announced that the condo association here at The Fells will begin transition from a Stabile controlled organization to a community controlled organization starting in January 2012 with an anticipated completion in June of 2012. During this time we will also select a new property management company.
