I contacted Tom by email and within and hour, he had replied and agreed to visit to take a look at the project. He arrived exactly on time and was very professional and courteous. We discussed what I wanted and he offered suggestions and differing pricing points. Although he was too busy to do the install for a little over a month, due to scheduled jobs,we were in no hurry, so that was not a consideration. He promised a bid in two days and promptly replied. Having priced both materials and labor with others, he was very competitive and fair. We put ourselves on his calendar and he arrive exactly as planned and completed the install in 4 days as promised. I was home during most of the work, and even though the temperature was near 100 degrees, he worked continuously and with excellent attention to detail. And at the end, he reseeded, and meticulously cleaned up all the dirt that the backhoe had removed. I would definitely recommend this young man's work ethic, quality workmanship and pricing.
