Recovering Usernames and Passwords

bush_04_06_2004_head_scratch This help article walks you through the process for retrieving your Username and/or your Password if you have forgotten one, or both of these important items.

Step 1 Locate the "Forgot Login?" link just under the normal Login button and click on it. The one thing you must remember for this feature to work is the email address you used when you originally registered on this website.
Step 2 You can choose to have the system send you your username or your password. You can also choose to check both boxes and have the system send you both your username and your password.
Step 3 Follow the directions that get displayed depending upon which check boxes you selected. The directions differ slightly based on what you are trying to recover.
Step 4 If all goes well you should get a positive status message indicating that an email has been sent to the email address you entered at the beginning of this process. If things don't go as expected you may not see any error message. If you do not see the screen at the right please contact me for assistance.
Step 5 Wait for an email message from the website that will look something like the message to the right. If you do not receive this email message within 1 hour of completing this process please contact me for further assistance.
