I wanted to let you know that I ordered a dispenser for disinfectant cloths for the workout area. This way you can wipe down the equipment before/after you use it.

We will be doing some common area plant replacement in the fall. I've created a list, but feel free to send me a note of any inconspicuous ones you think I may not have noticed. This is common area only.

I got an interesting article yesterday from Lawn Dawg (through Brian) that I found really helpful in explaining why we are suffering with so much crabgrass this year. (Not only yours, but my own house as well which is treated by another fertilizer company). It's terrible!! So I'm going to pass this information along to you all. Brian and I are working together to put together a fall "menu" for dethatching, aerating, and over-seeding. These items are not included in your fees, but the service is available should you choose to do it. More information and pricing will follow along shortly. (Read the crabgrass article here)

For those of you who are due for septic pumping this year, Debbie and I will be sending out a "sign up" e-mail next week. There are not a lot of you this year, but we'll do the best we can to get you a fair price.....

As you may know, there have been two sales at The Fells. Lot 42 and Lot 90 (in Phase III). Although Marilyn is no longer at the sales office, it is open Friday-Monday weekly. If you rent the clubhouse, please keep in mind that you will need to get keys during these business hours.

Annual meeting minutes are coming in the US Mail shortly. I'm just finishing them up. Thankfully we taped the meeting so I don't need to remember everything!!
